Andrew B. Adams (“Drew”) co-founded Rubicon Capital, LLC, in 2017 with Stephen Miles. He brings 10 years of experience in land and mining transactions with potential tax benefit and is able to provide unique and valuable investment opportunities to their clients. 

Drew also founded Addicus, a Multi-Family Office (MFO), in 2012 along with Stephen Miles where he currently leads the Consulting Group. Drew started Addicus after a decade in financial planning firms showed him a disconnect between the products the industry was selling and the actual ever-changing and complex needs of clients. Addicus was formed to focus solely on long-term strategies for a select group of successful, great families. 

He started Rubicon as an outgrowth of the Private Equity work that he had been doing for clients since 2013.  The group continues to provide resources to clients and their families through an ever-growing portfolio of Tax Incentivized Real Estate opportunities.

Drew specializes in sophisticated plan design, deal structuring, tax reduction, risk management, asset protection, asset allocation and location, as well as comprehensive strategic planning for a select group of U.S., Non-U.S., and global citizens.Drew graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Mississippi.
