Stephen Miles (“Stephen”) co-founded Rubicon Capital, LLC, in 2017 with Drew Adams. He brings 10 years of experience in land and mining transactions with potential tax benefit and is able to provide unique and valuable investment opportunities to their clients.

 
He started Rubicon as an outgrowth of the Private Equity work that he had been doing for clients since 2013. The group continues to provide resources to clients and their families through an ever-growing portfolio of Tax Incentivized Real Estate opportunities. Stephen specializes in investment advisory, private equity, tax reduction, risk management, asset protection, asset allocation and location, as well as comprehensive strategic planning for a select group of U.S., Non-U.S., and global citizens.

 
Stephen also founded Addicus, a Multi-Family Office (MFO) in 2012 along with Drew Adams, and currently leads its Private Equity division, as well as firm strategic operations. Stephen started Addicus after a decade in financial planning firms showed him a disconnect between the products the industry was selling and the actual ever-changing and complex needs of clients. Addicus was formed to focus solely on long-term strategies for a select group of successful, great families.

 
Stephen graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Business Administration where he was also a university letterman in football. He holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the CFP Board as well as Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College in Pennsylvania.
